Refund and License Terms

License

Filament RAG is distributed under a commercial/proprietary license.

For paid plugin access:

• A valid purchase grants access to the released version(s) covered by your plan.
• You may use the plugin in projects permitted by your purchased license tier.
• Redistribution/resale of the plugin as a standalone commercial product is not permitted.

Refund Policy

• Refund window: 14 days from purchase date
• Eligibility:
  • Duplicate purchase
  • Technical incompatibility reproducible on supported stack
  • Material mismatch between listing claims and shipped functionality
• Non-eligibility:
  • Change of mind after substantial usage without technical issue
  • Custom development requests
  • Issues caused by unsupported environment modifications

Request Process

Send requests to webdevislife2021@gmail.com and include:

• Purchase ID
• Date of purchase
• Reason for request
• Reproduction details (if technical)

Resolution

• Eligible refunds are issued to the original payment method.
• Target processing time: within 5 business days after approval.
